We searched to find the right realtor to list our home in North Park with and were so fortunate to have found Mary and Z. Our home was a 1935 craftsman house and there was no one better than Mary and Z to walk us through all the things that can happen when you have an older home. They were so professional! They always got back to us right away with any questions or concerns. I would list my home again with this amazing team! They are simply the best realtors in San diego.

We met Mary and Z 10 years ago as neighbors in North Park. As real estate professionals, they helped us decide how to improve our 2 on 1 property with a 1934 Spanish bungalow at the front. Over the years they checked in on progress. We were never expecting to sell, until about 7 weeks ago. We called them on the way back from AZ, and they immediately started working. In a week we were ready to show. In another week we had 3 offers. We closed yesterday. They are sooo thorough and professional. Extremely knowledgeable about this neighborhood and older homes in particular. Always available and patient. Wonderful to work with!

We did have a little hiccup during the sale, no fault of agents. They handled the whole issue quickly and professionally, taking a lot of the stress off us. Mary, Z., and their team went above and beyond in helping my mom sell her condo in Point Loma.  We are out of town and they not only set up and met the trades, they picked out and sent links as to what they advised should be done to prep the unit for sale.  It not only looked great, but was a great value.  The return brought in multiple offers above our asking, and it was a quick and seamless process.  They were always available and quick to respond.  They are the best Realtors in San Diego.Thanks again!

Mary specializes in the North Park area and works hard to get the best price for your home.
